I started moving the demo style pages here:

StylesGemsi
StylesElegant
StylesFMSC

I used the theme control center to specify the theme, which overrides Theme-o-rama
I activated the include plugin to include the Sample Page in all cases.

What do you think?
Is it worth doing for all themes?
