    Hi eSeL,

    I believe your wish can come true if you edit styles/damian.css. Find

    lines 45-52
    DIV#tiki-top {
	color:   #FFFFFF;
	padding-right:   0px;
	font-size:   11px;
	font-weight: bold;
	padding-top: 20px;
	padding-left: 5px;
	background-color: #26334D;
	width:   100%;
}


    And decrease the value for padding-top.
