broken download link for Tikipedia?

Hi,
I'm trying to download the Tikipedia theme from http://themes.tikiwiki.org/tiki-list_file_gallery.php?galleryId=7 but when I click on http://themes.tikiwiki.org/tiki-download_file.php?fileId=11 I get an empty page.

Is this the right forum to post this problem to?

Thank you

I can get the file using that link (testing with Opera browser), so maybe there was a temporary problem. Can you try again, please? (An empty page is also displayed, along with the save-file dialog box.)
