Thanks! I discovered all the width parameters in the CSS files and yea, it's a big undertaking. Everything is fixed at 831px. The adjustments would require a more dynamic top bar (that has flexible ends rather than the fixed background image).

However with a bit of time it could be custom modified, went on my todo list at work.

As for the menu I noticed this site was using "Application Menu" instead and followed it's lead. The mnu_application_menu module I just removed. I know they aren't the same but it gets me over the hurdle!
