    So I've noticed with a lot of themes the tik-admin.php page loses its new formating from 1.10. I've done some brief searching looking for a tiki-admin.tpl file and I don't see one.

    Can someone point me in the direction I need to search to restore the new tiki-admin formating for older themes?
